En cada episodio, con la SUPER LUPA, descubriremos un nuevo micro universo y a los divertidos personajes que lo habitan, los microbios. Las peculiares características fisiológicas de hongos, bacterias y virus son los disparadores de los gags cómicos de cada episodio.
La idea es que la audiencia se divierta con la serie, y a la vez despierte la curiosidad de niñas y niños.
